In an era where everything is becoming conversational, data shouldn't be the exception.

If you've spent hours jumping between dashboards, filtering date ranges, digging through catalog metrics without ever stopping to question the process, now might be the time.

It can be as simple as asking a question and letting your data answer.

That's the idea behind limbo/Chat.

An MCP server that connects to the AI tools your team already uses, shortening the distance between a question and an answer.

How does your business get answers today?

If you'd like to explore a new way of thinking about music analytics, you'll find the link in our bio limbo/

When a major owns your infrastructure, independence turns into a setting they can change.

We all say independence matters, then we look the other way while they buy up the whole market, piece by piece.

Your distribution partner gets acquired by a major. Your catalog data, your release plans, your margins all end up in the hands of a company that also owns the labels you compete with.

We're here for the ones who don't want to rent their infrastructure from a major.

We adapt to every person and every business we work with. We built Music Blocks for the ones looking for a mix of supply chain, analytics, royalty reporting, API or white-label, among other modules, turning on only what each one needs.

Getting clear answers about your catalog shouldn't take spreadsheets and hours of work.

For most teams, it still does.

→ Which releases performed best last month?
→ Where are your streams actually coming from?
→ Which tracks are quietly climbing, and which ones stalled?

The information is already there. It just stays buried under exports, cleanups, and waiting for someone to have the time to dig through it.

That's why we built limbo/Chat.

An MCP server that plugs into the AI tools you already use, where you just ask and get the answer. What you get back is hours of your time and a clearer read on your own business.

How are you handling this today? We'd love to hear it.

Need capital to record your next album, go on tour, or grow your label?

At limbo/ there are two ways to access it, and they're not the same thing.

→ Sell your catalog:
You get a larger, guaranteed sum today in exchange for transferring the rights you choose to sell, whether that's a single track or your full catalog. What you don't sell stays yours, and it's the way to go if you want maximum capital and certainty from day one.

→ Take an advance:
Receive an advance against your future royalties while keeping 100% ownership of your masters and publishing. It's recouped from a share of your royalties over time, ideal if you want liquidity without letting go of your catalog.

Each option solves a different problem. We'll help you understand which one fits your goals, with all the numbers on the table before you decide.

The capital comes from our global partners, specialized investors we work with, to fund and acquire catalogs. We bring the infrastructure, the data, and the transparency.

Want to know which option fits you?

Still reviewing your releases manually?

Cover art with hidden text, misspelled track titles, audio that doesn't match the artist on file. These are the issues that slip through.

And every rejection is a release that misses its date, a campaign that loses momentum, and a catalog team focused on chasing fixes instead of moving forward.

Manual review doesn't scale. That's the problem.

We believe there's a better way to ship music at volume.

So we built limbo/Beat: automated quality control for metadata, audio, and artwork.

Every release, checked the same way, in minutes.

The music doesn't change. The pipeline does.

Some days the industry makes this feel harder than it should.

Then we come back to these two words, and everything gets clear again.

Independent. Human.

Still worth building for, still worth protecting. With love, since 2006.

When something breaks on a release, you don’t want to explain yourself to a form.

You want someone who already knows your catalog, your setup, your timeline.

That’s why we built the limbo/ team the way we did.

Fer, Julieta, Julián, Patricio, Daniela, Fabián, Marcelo, Raul and more humans. Real names. Real people. Real support.

The industry normalized the void. We never accepted that as a given.

Thanks for recognizing it, Jason 👏🏼

Great news! limbo/ has a direct deal with Qobuz 🔊

The streaming platform built for listeners who truly value music and sound, Qobuz offers lossless high-resolution audio, up to 24-bit quality, and a catalog of more than 100 million tracks, all curated by real music experts, not algorithms.

If you distribute jazz, classical, folk, ambient, or any genre where the recording itself is part of the experience, this is the DSP where audio quality comes first and human ears decide what gets featured.

Your catalog can now reach Qobuz through limbo/'s supply chain with a direct, intermediary-free agreement.

Big news in the music industry 🤯

This is the announcement TIDAL made just a few days ago.

Starting July 15, all tracks generated entirely by AI will be labeled, won't earn royalties, and listeners will be able to filter them out completely.

It's worth noting that this doesn't ban AI-generated music, and no tracks are being removed. It simply means they won't generate royalty payments, while giving listeners full transparency about what they're hearing.

More importantly, it's a move that puts both artists and listeners first, keeping revenue with the people who create human-made music and everything that goes into it.

Listeners can still choose to hear whatever they want.

Because the issue isn't AI-generated music itself. It's the sheer volume of it flooding streaming platforms. And when creating and uploading music becomes effortless, the music that once stood out becomes much harder to find.

That's why, at limbo/Beat, we've integrated AI music detection for companies managing large music catalogs, helping them identify synthetic tracks and stay aligned with DSP policies.

What do you think about TIDAL's decision?

We'd love to hear your thoughts.

Big news: limbo/ now has a direct deal with Beatport 🤝

The world's largest store for electronic music, built specifically for DJs and producers. The place where the community actually buys music, not just streams it.

If you run an electronic label or distribute artists in that space, whether it's techno, house, drum and bass, or any subgenre, your catalog can now get there through limbo/'s supply chain.

Want your catalog on Beatport? Send us a DM.
