Their very first live show, and damn… what a performance.

2025 has been a heavy year.
We’ve suffered giant losses — artists we loved, respected, and grew up with. It’s been painful.
But metal never truly dies. Their legacy lives on forever through their music, and it will keep walking beside us, loud and proud.

At the same time, 2025 has unleashed an absolute avalanche of killer metal albums, coming from every corner of the genre and all its subgenres.
I tried to narrow it down… made several lists… but the names kept piling up.

Still, these four records kept standing tall every single time.
For me, they are the undisputed Top 4 Metal Albums of 2025:
