Durante la sesión plenaria, y en respuesta a las preguntas formuladas por 𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘇 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲́ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮́𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, 𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗼́ 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶́𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀.
𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢́𝗡 𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗔.
Una 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗔 emitida por las organizaciones sindicales 𝗱𝗲𝗷𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗼 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼́ 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼 𝗻𝗶 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲 𝘆 𝘀𝘂 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗼.
Más grave aún es que, en el transcurso de ese mismo pleno, y tal y como recoge el vídeo de la sesión, el propio alcalde llegó a reconocer en dos ocasiones que ❞𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻̃𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀❞. Con este reconocimiento, 𝘆𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻̃𝗼.
Desde el Partido Popular de Manilva consideramos que 𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗼 𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗼𝘀 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗽𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮 𝗹𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹, 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝘆 𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗮.
Asimismo, pedimos una respuesta clara por parte del socio de gobierno Con AndalucíaIzquierda Unida:
¿𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗮❓
¿𝗩𝗮 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻̃𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘆 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘀❓
El Partido Popular de Manilva seguirá defendiendo la transparencia, la verdad 𝘆 𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, valores que, una vez más, han sido vulnerados por el actual equipo de gobierno.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
🇬🇧 / The Manilva People’s Party (Partido Popular) publicly denounces the serious falsehoods stated by the Mayor, Mario Jiménez, and by the Head of Human Resources of the Town Council, in relation to the Productivity Regulation for municipal employees.
During the plenary session, and in response to questions raised by the spokesperson for the Popular Municipal Group, José Manuel Fernández, the governing team claimed that this regulation had been agreed upon and worked on with workers’ representatives.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘.
A STATEMENT issued by the trade union organisations makes it clear that there was no agreement nor any negotiation whatsoever, forcefully disproving the version put forward by the Mayor and his team.
Even more serious is the fact that, during that same plenary session, and as recorded in the video of the meeting, the Mayor himself acknowledged on two occasions that ❞𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.❞ With this admission, there are now three occasions on which conduct based on deception has been clearly demonstrated.
From the Manilva People’s Party, we believe that both the Mayor and the Head of Human Resources must immediately apologise to the municipal workforce, their families, and to all the residents of Manilva.
Likewise, we demand a clear response from the governing partner Con Andalucía–Izquierda Unida:

The Manilva People’s Party will continue to defend transparency, truth, and respect for municipal workers—values that, once again, have been violated by the current governing team.
