FACT: The Sóller tram has been running since 1913, making it one of the oldest electric trams still operating in Europe.

It links the town of Sóller to Port de Sóller along a 5-kilometre coastal route, passing through orange groves, old fincas, and the valley’s famous citrus fields. The wooden carriages are original, giving the whole journey a timeless, old-Mallorca feel.

Did you make it to the wine festival in Palma this year? How’s your head feeling today?

From what we saw, the mix of sunshine, endless tastings, food stalls and live music probably left a few people moving a bit slower the next morning.
