This weeks survey prize comes from our friends at The BVB International Academy Mallorca. The official youth development academy of the German football club Borussia Dortmund (BVB). It is based in Son Ferrer (Calvià), Mallorca, and operates as part of Borussia Dortmund’s worldwide network of international academies. The academy aims to deliver the same player development philosophy used in Dortmund’s youth system, adapted for young players living in or visiting Mallorca.
They currently have summer camps running until the end of August.
You have the Chance to win 1 place at the camp for 1 week of your choice until the end of August. They have kindly offered 2 places so we can pick 2 winners this week who will win 1 place each.
A typical BVB Summer holiday camp generally includes:

Today is National Hamburger day but here’s for a different take on that popular dish
Mediterranean Halloumi & Chickpea Burger
Ingredients (Makes 4)
225 g halloumi, grated
400 g tin chickpeas, drained and mashed
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped parsley or mint
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 egg
3–4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Olive oil
To serve
Brioche or seeded buns
Rocket leaves
Roasted red peppers
Sliced tomato
Tzatziki
A drizzle of chilli honey (optional)
Method
Mix the halloumi, mashed chickpeas, onion, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, paprika, egg and breadcrumbs.
Shape into four patties and chill for 20–30 minutes.
Fry in a little olive oil for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
Toast the buns and layer with tzatziki, rocket, the burger, roasted peppers and tomato.
Finish with a drizzle of chilli honey if you like a sweet-spicy kick.
