Nuevos comienzos…

Emprendiendo una nueva aventura lingüística para este 2025 con viajes que se vienen pronto y mucho contenido por crear 🇲🇦

Tiempo en familia disfrutando de la buena compañia 👵🏻

Sintiendome fuerte 💪🏻 de nuevo tras una etapa dura, readaptándome a la vida después del viaje 🚲

Compartiendo mi aventura y lo aprendido en el viaje dando conferencias para inspirar a las personas 💜

Retomando los malabares tras dos meses con la mano esayolada tras una fractura de escafoides 🤹‍♂️

A pesar de las durezas de la vida aprendiendo a valorar lo que si tengo y tomando conciencia de aquello que queda por pulir, agradeciendo el aprendizaje 🙏🏻

La vida da muchas vueltas, y seguirá dándolas, lo que cuenta al final es lo que sacamos de las experiencias 🧘🏼‍♂️

What a wonderful weekend with wonderful people 💜

A couple months ago I decided to enter a conscious business mentorship and to my amazement I met some of the most interesting and inspiring people, but, of course, we had only met online…

Yesterday was the moment to finally meet in real-life and it was such an amazing feeling to give each one of these awesome beings an actual hug.

We have all grown together, even if we were not together physically, we had created some special bonds and yesterday we could feel that love and energy in the air we breathed.

Meditating, training, swimming and eating together was a gift 💝

Thank you all for being your authentic selves 💜

Lately it has been different.

Life put in my way a sign - be flexible with yourself.

Immediately I recognized the opportunity: to become more patient and to focus on what i have at hand 🖐️

The material world represents our inner world, in every way. What you have is what you are.

So when it is so physically obvious that you have to make changes, you better be listening 👂

And I listen, constantly. I hear you, and I learn and act accordingly.

I can just thank life for everything it presents to me, as I evolve.

Look at what you already Are, not at ‘what’s missing’ around you.

Be grateful and act accordingly: that is the message i got.

Finding Myself Again

From being lost from traveling around the world on a simple bicycle to reconnecting with my Being and recognizing my power once again.

It has been 6 weeks since I came back from the most intense year of my life and I finally feel myself again.

I was lost, with insecurities, anxiety and depression, physically exhausted and emotionally and mentally drained.

Now that I am back, taking care of my Soul and living life with a greater purpose than myself, imbued with encouragement and love from the people around me, I feel at home.

You Are Home.

That is a sweet reminder that always soothes my soul.

Now it is time to shine ✨

🇬🇪📍Days 306-309

Descending from the Georgian mountains enjoying the breeze, which although not fresh, is a breeze.

We’re celebrating, I’m turning 25 soon... It’s been 25 years already and once I realise how fast everything is moving forward.

I barely have time to absorb what’s happening, always on the move, without a fixed place.

It’s paradoxical that feeling of always wanting what we don’t have, and when we have it, we stop wanting it.

I realise that I still have a lot to learn and apply, but at the same time I am grateful for everything that happens to me, because our history is the source of our learning.

🇬🇪📍Días 306-309

Descenso desde las montañas georgianas disfrutando de la brisa, que a pesar de no ser fresca, brisa es.

Estamos de celebración, dentro de poco cumplo años… Ya van 25 y me una vez cuenta me doy cuenta de lo rápido que avanza todo.

Apenas me da tiempo a absorber lo que pasa, siempre en movimiento, sin un lugar fijo.

Es paradójico esa sensación de querer siempre lo que no tenemos, y cuando lo tenemos, dejar de quererlo.

Me doy cuenta que aun me queda mucho por aprender y aplicar, pero a la vez agradezco todo lo que me sucede, pues en nuestra historia nacen nuestros aprendizajes.
