Yesterday we went to a local restaurant Lacaliza here in Rincon de la Victoria and ordered Jamon Iberico. It is so good. Give it try when you visit Spain.

It's so special when you look outside and the moon is shining on the Mediterranean Sea. It instantly makes you pause and smile. When the moon shines bright it's hard not to stop and take notice.

The Water Mine (La Mina) is located inside the Casa del Rey Moro (House of the Moorish King) in Ronda, Spain. It features an impressive engineering feat: a steep, winding staircase of over 200 steps carved directly into the cliffside of the El Tajo gorge, descending down to the Guadalevín River. 10 Euros to visit.
