Mandarini 1100 Sport by Colli 1956.

Renato Mandarini together with his brothers Cesare and and Roberto, were passionate mechanics and spent their life modifying and developing new car projects.
At the end of the 40's, Renato started thinking about the Junior 750. Step bybstep he started with the telaio tubolare, then the engine (750 with double floating bialbero) and in the light weight body, called leggera.
Once the car is ready they started with the tests. In 1955 at Monza, an engine failure made then change the engine for a Fiat 1100/103. During 1956 the car was homologated and then ...sold. Car was then lost until it was found in Sicilia in a scrapyard but in reasonable condition. The discoverer bought the car and restored the car to its original condition.
Then it was sold again to am appassionato and perfectly looked after by his family.
Restored by Fratelli Sofia.
Other 2 were later discovered.
