DIY Guava Leaf Hair Growth Treatment

What you need:
- A handful of fresh guava leaves
- 2 cups of water
- applicator can

What to do:
1. Wash the guava leaves thoroughly.
2. Boil the leaves in water for 20 minutes.
3. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
4. Strain the liquid and pour it into a spray can.
5. Spray it directly onto your scalp and massage gently.
6. Leave it on for at least 1 hour before rinseing.
Guava leaves are rich in antioxidants, vitamins B and C, and have anti-inflammatory properties that may strengthen hair roots and reduce hair fall.
