📢 A Personal Update

Due to ongoing ill health, I have made the difficult decision to take a step back from personally attending TIE appointments.

However, I want to reassure everyone that I am still here to help. I will continue assisting clients with:

✅ Securing TIE appointments
✅ Completing and checking application paperwork
✅ Providing guidance and advice throughout the process
✅ Answering questions and helping you prepare for your appointment

The only part of the service I am currently unable to provide is attending appointments in person.

I would like to thank everyone for their understanding, patience, and continued support. Helping people navigate the TIE renewal process has always been important to me, and I remain committed to supporting you in every way I can.

🚨 TIE RENEWAL APPOINTMENTS – FUENGIROLA UPDATE 🚨

We’ve had a huge number of people contacting us recently about TIE renewals in Fuengirola-— and honestly, appointments have been extremely difficult to secure over the last few weeks.

At the moment, there are very few appointments being released, and when they do appear, they are disappearing almost instantly. This is causing a lot of stress for people whose cards are due to expire soon.

The good news is: if your TIE is close to expiry, you have NOT left it too late. In many cases, renewals cannot even be processed until the card has expired or is within the renewal window.

We are checking daily and continuing to secure appointments whenever they become available, so if you need help with your renewal, paperwork, or finding an appointment, feel free to message us.

TIE APPOINTMENT UPDATE – FUENGIROLA.
We secured 2 fingerprint appointments in Fuengirola last week for early June , but since then, availability has completely dried up.

Appointments are very limited right now, so if you're in a hurry and don’t want to risk long delays, it’s best to act quickly.

I’ve been a bit quiet lately, I haven’t been feeling my best, and then the hayfever hit hard too! 🤧 Thankfully, the sunshine has been a welcome boost ☀️

That said, it’s been business as usual behind the scenes. We’ve still been busy booking appointments and getting all your paperwork sorted.

Just a heads-up, appointments in Fuengirola are now backed up until the end of June 📅
If your TIE is due to expire soon, don’t leave it too late… get in touch and let’s get you booked in as soon as possible!

🇬🇧✈️ Travelling through Málaga Airport with a British passport + TIE?

Here’s what you NEED to know 👇
🚫 Do NOT use EES machines or e-gates
✅ Go to a manned passport control desk 👉 Show your UK passport + your TIE card

💡 Why?
The EES (Entry/Exit System) is for short-term, non-EU visitors (tourists).
If you’re a resident in Spain with a TIE, you are EXEMPT.

⚠️ Important (this confuses a lot of people!)
You may still be directed into the non-EU queue area BUT:
➡️ Skip the EES machines
➡️ Go straight to a border officer

🧭 Think of it like this:
Queue = sometimes non-EU
Process = ✅ Manual check (NOT EES)
✔️ British passport + TIE = Manned border control
❌ NOT EES kiosks
