Back in ’22 & ’23 with the POWER record I wasn’t sure of anything. I wasn’t sure if that was gonna be the last record I was gonna make, if I was taking a break; If I was able to physically tour and record. Those were the most challenging few years of my life. Future was unsure.

Today I’m more than proud, to announce the - almost birth - of my new record, that sums up my life, my affection towards this incredible path of music that I chose. Sums up my perseverance and joy of being who I am - musically and in every other way, surrounded with people that support my vision.

So, for the past 3 years, Buthel and I have been cooking another 10 pieces of music - pieces of our lives, carefully crafted, to support space and time where we are musically right now, and where we want to be in the next few years with our big band, our small band… all the band formations that we have.

People write to satisfy the critics, to cross over, to satisfy the ‘blues police’ the “rock police” the ‘’any other police”. To satisfy egos. To break through.
We write to accommodate our live show. To inspire the band. ‘Cause the live show is where it’s at, for us. That’s my passion and that’s my quest in music.

Lots of work has been put into this, and as always, every single edit, every single musician, every word sung and every note played, have been carefully picked to add the right ‘sauce’ to this everlasting gumbo of sound and inspiration, and bring a message of positivity and change. It’s that everlasting attempt to write a great f’ing song! And it will, as with every record I ever made, let you discover a new Ana, simultaneity reminding you who Ana really is. Cause, my dear fans and friends, you haven’t heard it all just yet.
