REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION :
We need to see you presenting something on video.
You have seen Leigh presenting locations on the page, for us to evaluate you then we need you to show us a video presentation.
Many applicants are applying for this job, yet many are NOT providing any form of video application.
EVERY APPLICANT MUST PROVIDE A VIDEO PRESENTATION TO US :
Grab your mobile, and go present something to us. If your successfully hired then this will be your job, so if you cant provide a simple video presentation to us as part of the application process we will by default not proceed ahead with you.
This is the only way at this stage that we can evaluate your ability and get a feel for you.
So when we say “ go present something to us “ we really mean that . Anything, present your baseball cap , your dog , or walk around your street or local park , even get your car and tell us all about it. Whatever, just get on the camera and make a video and send it to us,
If you speak more than one language then obviously make multiple videos , one per language.
Simple. Don't worry what you present the point is that we can see how you are on camera..
We will once we have these watch them and successful applicants will be asked to attend a 3 meeting event to be held over days ( Friday , Saturday and Sunday ) where we can all then look at the cameras you will be using, do some training with them and start to get everyone hired and allocated to areas and locations asap.

Some may , some might not yet Facebook is undergoing a new version deployment if you are not aware so things are still what they call “ resolving “ .
Upon application we expect you to look at these videos as you will be doing the exact same if you are a successful applicant.
How will we know you have watched these videos ? Simple...like them and we will cross reference them against your initial application.
We don't need your likes. Yet we need to know you are actively looking at what has been done as we are hiring based on one fact ..we need more expose /interview/showcase crew members and fast to cover all the locations.
Watch the links provided , understand what I am doing , get a feel for it . Show me that you seen them with a like. Then when you apply I don't have to continually repeat myself and our internal admin process is faster.
YOU CAN NOT BE CAMERA SHY:
You need to be good with people, get them to talk and be smiley and happy. Presentable and camera happy...
The job, upon watching any of my videos is simple. Go to a business, interview them , showcase their location(s). Job done. Next place , next location. Repeat.
You will have to be comfortable speaking to business owners to make the interviews and talking to people. You are basically a TV presenter ( yet online in 360_VR® ) interviewing people as per my videos and need to be more than comfortable to motivate business owners and customers to talk on camera.
Bonuses for performance earned per day - work harder , we pay more and very handsomely, very simple.
Torrevieja is one of 8000+ Municipalities we are covering nationwide. We need per Municipality an initial crew of of 4/100+ ( or more* ) people on a short term basis ( *Depending on the actual area and mass of work needed to be executed). As an example, Madrid requires more crew than Torrevieja. If we have to interview 10,000 locations in Madrid in 2 weeks, and 1800 in Torrevieja in 2 weeks then logically a higher amount of crew will be needed in the first wave of crew.
During the “ first wave “ we will evaluate you, and look to award you a full time permanent contract after where you will become a full time “ municipal expose® crew team member “ and or “ municipal crew commander / team leader “
When we capture ( Expose®/Showcase) a “ Municipality “ we need an initial " first wave " crew.
Temporary basis will be applied.
After that initial “tidal wave” we will reduce to s smaller ( full/part time ) crew structure that will be continually on the “ scene “ to capture all action on an ongoing basis in that area.
These people will be granted such a position will be based on performance on the initial first wave hit of temporary workers.
Thereafter, team leaders / area commanders ( higher pay rates ) will be needed after first wave attack.
Full training will be provided and a lot of tech ( hardware) and support and goodies.
