Since Monday that I found out about Pat's death, I have been trying to find the words that are merge with crying.
What was it like meeting you...I guess I should start from the beginning.
I was interviewed to work at Fox by Jan, so I didn't know Pat nor did anyone tell me who he was.
My trial day was a Wednesday, that same Friday my first shift on staff, around 9pm I see a man standing at the end of the bar looking at the staff so I go and ask him if he wants something to drink, to which his answers was no, to the third time I ask him, accompanying my question with a look of (who the hell are you?) I invited him to leave the premises since he could not be at the bar without consuming.
He laughed and went into the bar to play music (I didn't understand anything, since no one told me: It's Pat, your boss) when I went in to the kitchen he came behind me, shook my hand and said By The Way I am Pat Your Boss and Manager of the Fox, I was like f**kkkkkkk haha
After that we knew we were just the same kind of soul, he gave me the job because my attitude reminded him of his own.
A pride every time he told me that I was the Soul of the Fox as much as he was.
For those who say he was arrogant, you are so confused and clearly you never knew him.
Pat was a genuine spirit, with an authentic and sensitive soul, he could read and feel people easily, it wasn't arrogance, he read your s**t for miles.
And if people have the face of being friends when they are not, why not? In his house, he was going to say clearly what he thought.🤷‍♀️
I ask for maximum respect for his memory and legacy
Nobody, I repeat, Nobody should dirty what he created with publications that have nothing to do with The Intrépid Fox himself, or Pat.
Let's be consistent.
I would also like to gather all the material, photos, videos, interviews... We know you about Fox and Pat to create a documentary video about the legend that was, is and will be.
Pat made sure that all the tribes had his representative with the staff that worked for him.
The father of misfits.
