📌 Recipe for a Positive Residence Decision! 🔥

Follow these tips to increase your chances

1️⃣ Changing your address? 🏠 ALWAYS inform the office! It may transfer your case to another province.

2️⃣ Changing your employer? 💼 Update your documents! The essential ones are:
✅ Annex No. 1
✅ Insurance
✅ Starosta’s Information

3️⃣ Do you pay alimony, fines, or have a court case? ⚖️ ALWAYS include this information in your residence application! Hiding it = NEGATIVE decision ❌

4️⃣ Applying for another residence card? 📄 If you change your job, you have 15 days to inform the Voivode! Not reporting it = problems with your next application.

5️⃣ Already got your residence permit? 🏆 DON’T lower your taxes! Always pay the amount stated in your contract, or it may affect your next decision.

6️⃣ Don't use a fake address! 🚨 The Border Guard may conduct an environmental interview. Lying = immediate refusal!

7️⃣ Don't use fake Annex No. 1! 🛑 If the company doesn’t provide real work and SG checks it, you will get a negative decision.

8️⃣ Update your documents! 📑 The minimum salary increases yearly – submit a new Annex No. 1 regularly.

9️⃣ Submit your ZUS documents every 3-4 months 📩 Proof of social security contributions for the last 3 months is important!

🔟 Annex No. 1 = minimum 4666 PLN gross! 💰 If you earn less – you WON’T get a residence permit!
