The MasterCard Foundation Team is currently conducting a Focus Group Discussion with the beneficiaries of the Adama City EDI-SEED program at the Vice Dean's Office of Adama Polytechnic. This session is designed to gather valuable insights and feedback from the participants regarding their experiences, challenges, and the overall impact of the program on their personal and professional growth. By engaging in this discussion, the Foundation aims to better understand the beneficiaries' needs and explore opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the EDI-SEED initiative, with the goal of empowering individuals and promoting sustainable development in the region.

The onboarding session for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the EthioBDS Voucher System is currently underway at the Flagot Hotel in Adama, organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI). The session brings together Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) and SMEs to discuss and collaborate on the effective implementation of the system.

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI-Ethiopia), in collaboration with the Adama City Social and Labor Affairs office, has initiated two parallel sessions of Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill Training (EBMST). The sessions are taking place at the Abdi Guddina Building in Adama, running from November 26 to 29, 2024. This training program is addressing 75 participants, specifically focusing on individuals with different disabilities. This initiative aims to address inclusion issues faced by people with disabilities by equipping them with essential skills for entrepreneurship and business management. Such programs are part of broader efforts by EDI-Ethiopia to enhance entrepreneurship across Ethiopia, promoting a vibrant and competitive private sector.

EDI in Collaboration with Adama city Job creation and Vocational office had conducted 5 parallel cessions of second round EBMST training for 224 Micro and Small enterprises Contractors from Nov 14-17/2017 at Abdi Gudina Building.
Upon the closure the head of Adama City JCVO Mr. Abdulkadir Teyibu had awarded the Certificate and made closing remarks for the trainees .
Indeed Adama City JCVO forwarded appreciation and Gratitude for EDI and its trainers.

Upon the closure the head of Adama City JCVO Mr. Abdulkadir Teyibu had awarded the Certificate and made closing remarks for the trainees .
Indeed Adama City JCVO forwarded appreciation and Gratitude for EDI and its trainers.

ሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር፣ የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት እና የአንተርፕረነርሺፕ ልማት ኢንስቲትዩት በአገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የቴክኖሎጂ ፈጠራ ተሰጥኦ ያላቸውን ወጣቶች በአንድ ማዕከል በማሰባሰብ ክህሎታቸውን በማሳደግ ከውጪ የሚገቡ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን የሚተኩ፣ ምርትና ምርታማነትን የሚያሳድጉ ችግር ፈቺ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን እንዲፈጥሩ በትጋት እየሠሩ ይገኛሉ።

የዚህ አገርአቀፍ ፕሮግራም 2 ዙር "ክህሎት ኢትዮጵያ /Skill Ethiopia" በሚል ስያሜ ረቡዕ ህዳር 4/2017 ዓ/ም በይፋ ይጀመራል።
