​A bold move in Africa and on the international stage! Captain Traore fearlessly rejected the US proposal to accept illegal African and non-African migrants who were in its territory to Burkina Faso, saying "No!"
​"Burkina Faso is a country of dignity, not a ship of persecution!"
​Sovereignty: In his speech, he made it clear that Burkina Faso is a country of dignity, freedom and honor, and will not be a place to store refugees for any country. This message reflects the dignity and sovereignty of Africa.
​African Brotherhood: However, in the spirit of African brotherhood, Captain Traore has announced that he will grant visa-free entry to any African living in the United States who wishes to voluntarily come to the land of the faithful (Burkina Faso)—without any obligation or condition! 🚨 Breaking News from Burkina Faso🚨

The military government of Burkina Faso has arrested eight members of the International Humanitarian Organization (INSO) on charges of espionage and treason.

The government says it has found them acting to undermine the country's sovereignty in the name of humanitarian work. Among those arrested are French, French-Senegalese, Czech, Malian and Burkinabé nationals.

The authorities also accuse the organization of collecting and sharing classified military information with foreign powers without permission.

INSO, for its part, has denied the charges, saying its mission is to protect humanitarian workers.
