have generously sent me the keys to the all new GTI. The MK 8.5 has some huge shoes to fill, after all it is a ! I love the looks and styling, the ergonomics are great and the performance is certainly there, I just feel like it’s not the boy racer it used to be. Stay tuned for more folks 💥

Here’s a dump from my recent visit to The People’s republic. China is always a wonder to visit, my 3rd time around was just as eye opening as the first. Lots of innovation, lots of culture, and lots of history to be experienced - I’d recommend a trip to anyone!

I recently had the unique opportunity of flying in an autonomous drone by .official - this exact model would retail close to R7 000 000 back home in

I think the tourism sector would be the one with the most to gain from such technology. Anybody up for automated flights around Table Mountain? Lots of use cases in emergency services and smart city integration too. They’ve already sold over 400, and are continuously improving the technology.

INTERLUDE: Let’s not forget that the numbers you’re chasing are REAL human beings on their phones. Real people who have great days, and horrible ones alike. Your videos land on the feeds of people who’ve just had a breakup, who’ve just been fired, some who’ve just gotten lucky etc etc. There’s no guarantee that everything you post will bang, in fact, that should never be the intention.

My first fully autonomous driving experience! We recently had the pleasure of riding in a self-driving RoboBus in Guangzhou. No driver needed, this bus drives on a predetermined route on a fixed schedule moving people around - it’s so cool!

It’s the largest man made structure in the world, stretching over 21 000 km, with construction beginning BEFORE Jesus Christ was born - it’s insane! Parts of the wall are covered by a “living skin” of biocrusts (mosses, lichens, and cyanobacteria) which naturally strengthen the ancient masonry and protect it from erosion.
