የፌደራል መንግሥት ሠራተኞች አዋጅ መሠረት የሚከተሉት ጥፋቶች ከባድ የዲስፕሊን ቅጣት የሚያስከትሉ ጥፋቶች ናቸው፤

👉ሕጋዊ ትእዛዝን ባለማክበር፣ በቸልተኝነት፣ በመለገም፣ ወይም ሆነ ብሎ የአሠራር ሥነ-ሥርዓት ወይም የመንግስትን ፖሊሲ ባለመከተል በሥራ ላይ በደል ማድረስ፤

👉ጉዳዮችን ሆን ብሎ ማዘግየት ወይም ባለጉዳዮችን ማጉላላት፤

👉ሥራ እንዳይሠራ ሆን ብሎ ማወክ ወይም ከሚያውኩት ጋር መተባበር፤

👉በቀላል የዲስፕሊን ቅጣት እርምጃዎች ባለመታረም ያለበቂ ምክንያት በተደጋጋሚ ከሥራ መቅረት ወይም የሥራ ሰዓት አለማክበር፤

👉በሥራ ቦታ በጠብ አጫሪነት መደባደብ፤

👉በልማዳዊ ስካር ወይም በአደንዛዥ ዕፅ ሱስ በመመረዝ ሥራን መበደል፤

👉ጉቦ መቀበል ወይም እንዲሰጠው መጠየቅ፤

👉በሥራ ቦታ ለሕዝብ ሞራል ተቃራኒ የሆነ ድርጊት መፈጸም፤

👉የሌብነት ወይም የእምነት ማጉደል ድርጊት መፈጸም፤

👉የማታለል ወይም የማጭበርበር ድርጊት መፈጸም፤

👉በመሥሪያ ቤቱ ንብረት ላይ ሆን ብሎ ወይም በቸልተኝነት ጉዳት ማድረስ፤

👉በሥልጣን አለአግባብ መጠቀም፤

The falciform ligament primarily helps to secure the liver in place within the abdominal cavity. It also contains the ligamentum teres, which is a remnant of the fetal umbilical vein. Beyond that, it also helps to divide the left and right lobes of the liver and provides a bit of structural support. It’s pretty essential for keeping everything in the right position!

1. Watery Diarrhoea/Garaa kaasaa Qal'aa:
Cause:
Heat stress, poor-quality water, too much salt, or sudden feed change.

✓ Treatment/Yaalii:
~ Provide clean, cool water with electrolytes.
~ Avoid feed with high salt.
~ Improve ventilation.

2. Green Diarrhoea/Magariisa:
Cause:
Viral infections (Newcastle), feed withdrawal, or bile.

✓ Treatment/Yaala:
~ Isolate sick birds/Adda baasuu.
~ Give multivitamins (esp. A, D, E).
~ Use antibiotics if secondary infection is suspected.

3. Yellow Diarrhoea/Keelloo:
Cause:
Bacterial infection (e.g. E. coli), poor digestion.

✓ Treatment/Yaalii:
~ Administer appropriate antibiotics (e.g. oxytetracycline).
~ Clean and disinfect water and feeders.

4. Bloody Diarrhoea/ Dhiigaan makaa:
Cause:
Coccidiosis (intestinal parasite).

✓ Treatment:
~ Use anticoccidial drugs like Amprolium or Sulfadimidine.
~ Clean litter, isolate affected birds, and disinfect housing.

✓ Prevention Tip:
Keep poultry house clean, provide good feed, water, and follow regular deworming and vaccination schedules

Cows are ruminants, which means they have a unique digestive system designed to break down tough plant materials like grass. Unlike humans, cows have four compartments in their stomach, not four separate stomachs. These compartments work together to help digest food efficiently.

1. Rumen – The largest compartment. It stores food and begins the fermentation process with the help of microbes. This is where grass turns into usable nutrients.

2. Reticulum – Works closely with the rumen. It traps heavy or foreign objects (like nails – yes, cows sometimes eat accidentally!) and continues fermentation.

3. Omasum – This compartment absorbs water and nutrients from the digested food.

4. Abomasum – Known as the "true stomach." It functions similarly to our stomach, using acids and enzymes to digest proteins.
