Slightly more progressive sounds for this weekend! Holle will start with his massive 3-hour set and I will be spinning for an hour or so. Rest of the guys shall spin about 2 hours each!

A little article about our Fiilis club event (engl.: "Feeling").

After 22 years we got awarded as the "downtown act of Kouvola" - basically because Fiilis-events have made Kouvola downtown more lively and enjoyable. Award is voted on (and handed) yearly to different facets.

DJ Pivi is making his debut gig at The House Of Caro² spinning some afrobeats and other 4/4-beats!

Rest of us will be pushing the usual: House and Trance. I will be testing and comparing my Technics SL-1200mk5 and mk7 turntables - so all vinyl set from me!

PS. If you are in Kouvola - remember that Fiilis is held at Betony starting at 20.00 ! At least Ukko Q, Anselmi Kuusisto, Mikajuhani, DJay-B and Pelle D will be spinning!

Streaming night!

Let's enjoy a bit of "ham meltdown", X-mas afterparty, here at The House Of Caro²!

Punch of old friends coming to visit! Individual (teknopicnic) and Nikke (former TechMu-DJ) are visiting their hometown and promised to spin some records during the Christmas holidays! Holle (Beach X) is also visiting with his trance beats!

Howdy HowwwHoww!

For a retired DJ this December has been quite busy!

Two actual gigs (done)! First was the annual Christmas event of our house organization (Fiilis), and the second was a new thing which we organized (with the lead of DJ Kim.Mop) in Kotka, called "Take A Break".

Next stop is two end-of-the-year streams with a punch of guests, which some of you might remember from years back!

Let's Stream!

It has been about 1.5 years since the last stream - or even 2 years? This saturday, starting about(ish) 19.00 (7 pm) - we are going to push the stream online!

From technical perspective, I have a new dedicated computer for streaming which is now much more stable (incl the connection). The "streaming area" has also been completely rebuild starting from the dj booth to the "bar area".

This saturday we will have couple of verified DJ's behind the decks:
- DJ Mad Jay will be visiting The House Of Caro²! He warned that he will be spinning not one, but two sets! Ibiza terrace sound for starters and some bangers later after trance sets!
- DJ Wert dug his vinyl records and is going to spin for couple of hours the most uplifting trance of the 2000's, or something like that! We'll see!
- Holle (Beach X) will be pushing aome banger trance tracks!
- Kimmo Paananen, old timer from Kotka. Poppish and melodic House coming up!
- Caro² of course - I will spin something, do not know yet what and will I be playing alone or will some special guests join me for some B2B-madness?!
