Hi everynyan, many of u know me by my name Serica. Now I’d like to represent myself with my new artist name which is Sericanyan
When I started my music journey back in 2021, my previous artist name was original and unique. I’ve always held on tightly to my stage identity. Those of you who’ve seen me live, you know what I mean! My name was a mix of my real name and my cute, cat-like personality.
Sadly, nowadays I have been mistaken too often for another person who performs under a super similar name. It’s been really stressing me out and making me feel anxious for quite a while, and honestly, I just haven’t had the energy to be active in the music scene or go to events because of it.
That’s why I decided to slightly change my artist name, so that in the future people won’t confuse me with anyone else and I’ll be recognised as myself. You can now find me on socials as “sericanyan”. Don’t worry, my sound and my cat-like cuteness on stage are staying the same!
I’m rly looking forward to my upcoming gigs and seeing u all at future events. So if ur planning something, feel free to reach out. I’d be super happy to play again!
