𝐓-𝟑𝟒/𝟖𝟓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝟒𝐀𝟑𝐄𝟖 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧

These two tanks made their debuts towards the end of WWII. Both the T-34 and M4 Sherman went through various upgrades during the war in order to deal with the increased armour thickness of the German tanks that they had to face.

During the Korean war, these two tanks clashed quite often. The M4A3E8 and T-34/85 were comparable and could destroy each other at normal combat ranges. Although greatly inferior to the M26 Pershing in terms of anti-tank combat capabilities, the lighter M4A3E8 was preferred over the Pershing in the latter stages of the war. The Shermans proved to be much more reliable and mobile in Korea's mountainous and hilly terrain compared to the Pershing.

𝐁𝐓𝐑-𝟐𝟐 - 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐏𝐊 𝟕𝟖𝟐𝟗 𝐁𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 ?

In the most recent Zapad 2025 military exercise in Belarus, a BTR-22 was spotted in the Belarusian city of Grodno.

This design solves a number of big issues present in the older BTR designs like the BTR-70 and BTR-80 series.

Will this design spell the end for the VPK 7829 Bumerang or will it complement it ? It remains to be seen.

The cassette or bustle autoloader on the Leclerc is placed in the rear of its turret. It also incorporated within a safety compartment which features blowout panels and blast doors. This is to prevent the ammo from cooking off and ultimately a catastrophic ammo detonation.

This design is a lot safer compared to the Soviet designed carousel autoloader. However, the cassette/bustle autoloader is a lot more expensive.

They Cypriots operate 11 of these heavy attack helicopters. They are at the core of the CNGAC's anti-tank capabilities. This variant features a fixed side-mounted 30mm GSh-30-2K twin-barrel autocannon.

𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝟐𝐀𝟕𝐇𝐔

The Hungarians have just received their Leopard 2A7+ tanks, designated as Leopard 2A7HU.

Whatever sources that are available to me at the moment does not mention anything about them Laser Warning Receivers. Not a good thing.

The remote weapons station is an interesting one. It features a M2 Browning instead of the MG3, which is commonly mounted on the roof of the Leopard 2s.

BMP-3 with the Kaktus ERA kit.

The Kaktus ERA kit contains ERA blocks with 4S24 elements, and rubber flaps in addition to those elements for the turret.

𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐤. 𝐕 belonging to the British Army on the Rhine (BAOR), based in Brussels (Belgium), 1979.

When introduced in 1967, its 120 mm rifled gun was superior to the 105 mm guns mounted on comparable NATO tanks.

Its armour was designed to withstand Soviet 100mm sub-calibre kinetic rounds fired by a T-54 or a T-55.

This is the same variant that was sold to the Iranians. It saw action during the Iran-Iraq War.
