Exciting news for Hämeenlinna! A unique timber-framed industrial cluster, unprecedented in Finland, is being planned for the Industrial Park MORE.

SRV, The City of Hämeenlinna and Linna Business Development Ltd are jointly developing this significant expansion next to Hämeenlinna's new motorway junction. The focus is on fostering growth through innovative timber construction and self-sufficient energy solutions. The area reserved by SRV is set to feature approximately 120,000 square meters of production, storage, and logistics space.

We had the privilege of creating the aerial visualizations of this remarkable project area under various lighting conditions.

The construction of Helsinki's Viikki-Malmi light rail "Viima" is set to begin in 2028 once the funding of 340€ million is secured. The tram is seen as an important service for the new residential area of Malminkenttä.

We create a detailed aerial visualization for the City of Helsinki, which communicates the area's projected land use over the coming years.
