Here’s how I bake my pizzas in the Pizza Party Emozione oven 🔥

My sweet spot with my b**a dough is around 480°C on the stone and a bake of about 70 seconds. Hotter isn’t always better – it’s all about finding the right balance between your dough, the heat and the baking time 👌🏼

This pizza was absolutely incredible 😍

I topped it with crème fraîche, fior di latte, chorizo and goat cheese before the bake, then finished it with fresh rucola and a drizzle of honey.

The combination of spicy chorizo, creamy goat cheese and sweet honey worked perfectly ❤️‍🔥
