The Spring semester has finished traditionally with the performance of our kids, the spring concert. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful academic year and participation in our activities. We sang many different songs, danced, and moved, expressing the beat of the music and the character of the songs. Our students played a variety of classroom instruments along with music including ukulele, identifying pitch, timbre, and mastering playing chords and strumming. I am proud of every single student and appreciate their efforts and commitment. We have had fun with the kids, and it is joy to experience this together. During this academic year, I could observe the development of music skills, like rhythm, correct intonation, playing instruments, singing, and performance. I am fully satisfied with the result. Some non-English speaking students have learned daily vocabulary through songs and music games. It was a joy to see how they react and answer my questions in English. The most exciting part is to see students’ bright sparkling eyes, interest, and progress in the class.
Традиционно весенний семестр завершился выступлением наших ребят, весенним концертом. Спасибо всем за прекрасный учебный год и участие во многих мероприятиях. Мы пели много разных песен, танцевали, двигались под музыку, соответственно ритму и характеру. Наши ученики играли на различных музыкальных инструментах в классе, включая укулеле, определяя звуковысотность, тембр и осваивая игру аккордов. Я горжусь каждым учеником в отдельности и ценю усилия, самоотверженность, веселье и радость, которые дети проявили. В течение этого учебного года я наблюдала за развитием музыкальных навыков наших ребят, таких как ритм, правильная интонация, игра на инструментах, пение и исполнение на сцене и довольна результатом. Некоторые учащиеся, не говорящие по-английски, выучили повседневную лексику с помощью песен и музыкальных игр. Было приятно видеть, как они реагируют и отвечают на мои вопросы на английском языке. Самое приятное — видеть яркие сияющие глаза учеников, их интерес и прогресс в классе.
