My mix for Rude Tune Crew ry podcast is now out!
I have been digging more melodic and oldschool trance for a while now. This mix progresses from oldschool sounds into more pure uplifting, but don't worry, there's a little psy and tech trance as well.

I made a new mashup as well for the mix. It's a work in progress, so feedback would be great! The mashup starts at around 44 minutes.

THE FATE OF ELECTRIC ACE RADIO

I have decided that Electric Ace Radio will not continue. The show was supposed to return in the Autumn.

Main reason is that I simply lack time and energy to keep the show going. Planning, doing and editing the radio show is a lot of work and takes time. Honestly, combining DJing with university has been a real struggle most of the time. I have to focus more on my studies and lighten the load regarding DJ stuff and promoting parties. Plus, I have started to learn music production, in which I want to focus as much as I can every day.

No worries though, I will keep doing gigs and organizing parties, I just have to find more balance to my life.

The second reason that has demotivated me to continue is that my sound has changed a lot. I have focused more on progressive house & techno under my Makodan project. With focus on that, it would feel weird to continue my show under Mark Ember, which is now my trance alias, and more of a side project these days.

I definitely got better in doing radio along the way. I will return doing radio in some form in the future.
