❄️🐻‍❄️ An unforgettable day in Ranua! Polar bear birthday + big news! 🎉✨

Today I visited Ranua Wildlife Park with my clients — and we were incredibly lucky! 🍀
It was Venus the polar bear’s 21st birthday! 🎂🐻‍❄️💙

We watched up close as Venus received her very own birthday package, which she happily tore open right away 😄🎁
Together with hundreds of other visitors, we enjoyed seeing this majestic polar bear explore her special surprise. A truly magical moment!

But the polar bear news doesn’t stop there… 👇

🔹 Two new female polar bears, Kara and Inuvik, have just arrived at Ranua!
🔹 The extensive renovation of the polar bear area is now complete, offering a fully redesigned and improved space for both bears and visitors.

🎣 Today’s ice fishing adventure was pure Lapland magic! ❄️

Me and my guests from Italy had an amazing day out on frozen Lake of Rovaniemi — everyone caught fish, and we finished the experience the true local way, grilling sausages by an open campfire and enjoying the peaceful Arctic nature together.

The first snow has arrived in Rovaniemi! ❄️

Today was the day — the actual first snowfall of the season covered Rovaniemi in white! This snow is likely here to stay until April, marking the true beginning of Lapland’s magical winter.

For me, it was a special moment — our guests finally got to enjoy their first snow activities of the season. While the snowless months in Lapland are beautiful in their own way, there’s no denying that reindeer, huskies, and even Santa Claus himself look their best surrounded by snow.
