On olemassa paljon pitkiä aikoja; joskus se on 20 sekuntia kun taas joskus se on 10 vuotta. 10 vuotta voi yhtäaikaa olla pitkä ja lyhyt aika. Lavean perustamisesta on sen verran, ja 10 vuotta pitää sisällään paljon. Yhtäaikaa kun taakse voi katsoa hymyilleen, tai hieman hampaita kiristäen, ei voi kuin todeta aikojen olleen lopulta hyviä. Kun taas katsoo riittävästi eteen, tietää uusien hyvien aikojen odottavat ja tulevan. Voimalla ja asiaan kuuluvalla nöyryydellä jatkamme onnistunutta taivalta niitä kohti.

The right tool for the job or “if it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing”?

This day and age allow us to use so many different tools, cameras in this case, that are designed to do some job extremely well. Before any shoot there is a question what is the gear I should take with me. Should I go with convenience or ultimate quality? The latest mirrorless digital cameras bring a really nice image, new GoPro is also good, but then again we have the RED.

I firmly believe that taking that one extra step is worth it, so you will see me dragging the 5kg cube of Red even if a smaller camera would do.

Little things can make working a lot easier, faster, and better quality. "But how" I hear you ask?! Well, planning. Screenplay, script, storyboard - call it what you will, that's how.

Way too often short videos are filmed without any actual plan how they are supposed to end up. Yes, this guerilla filmmaking has its benefits, but to ensure the quality and content of a film, there needs to be a plan. Pre-planning a shoot makes our life easier, and customers' benefits more tangible.

So, call us and lets make a good script for a fantastic video. First one to call gets a sticker.
