✅ HA Standard Statutory Declaration (download from our website)
✅ Voter ID or Passport (bio-data page)
✅ Latest payslip stamped by your employer
✅ Notice of Assessment for 2024 (if self-employed or owning a business)
✅ Birth Certificate & Marriage Certificate (latest extracts) and Single Status Certificate (obtained from Ministry of Justice - Births, Deaths & Marriages or BDM Office)
✅ TIN letter or FRCS/FNPF joint card
✅ Latest FNPF Statement

✅ You and your de facto partner.

👉 A maximum of 4 people can apply together.
👉 Your total combined income must be $50,000 or less to qualify.
