Tips to Help Tailors This Season👇🏼

1. Plan your workload early
List out all ongoing jobs, new orders, and deadlines. It helps you avoid last-minute stress and keeps clients happy.

2. Stop accepting unrealistic urgent work
This season is always packed. Only take what you can comfortably finish your health and quality matter.

3. Communicate clearly with clients
Give realistic dates, follow up with reminders, and don’t be afraid to say “This will take longer.” It reduces pressure later.

4. Increase your prices slightly
Materials, transport, and workload go up during festive seasons. Adjust your prices to reflect the extra effort and time.

5. Buy materials in bulk
Zips, lining, thread, stay, pads buy ahead to avoid frequent market runs and unnecessary stress.

6. Document every job
Write measurements, styles, and agreements. It prevents “You didn’t tell me” arguments later.

7. Prepare for January slowdown
Save small, plan financially, and don’t overspend this season.
