I don’t know if you heard that saying that when the water is moving, you better get in.

Today we just got all the figures in for the upgrade of our network. We are not only ordering equipment for one site, but for three sites in all, Nakobalevu-Suva, Koro Mountain- Sigatoka and Sabeto Mountain-Nadi.

In all, we are purchasing nine 2400 watt FM transmitters, three 2 kilowatt double cavity FM Starpoint combiners, that combine all three frequencies into one antenna and three FM vertical polarized 8 bay stainless steel antennas plus connections and coax cable. 

All of this is going to cost us over USD$105,000. I am glad to say that with the funds that we have on hand, once they are released we will be able to make this purchase with only the need of USD$10,000. Once again, isn’t God good that he is provided for this ministry .

Lord willing, we look forward to having all this equipment, purchased and shipped to Fiji by July of this year and hopefully installed by the third Wednesday of September, so that we will have a great day of prayer and praise and dedication, on our second Sharathon of the year.

These stations are Lister supported and over the last few years, even going through the tough time of Covid. Our listeners have given and stood behind this ministry. We pray that God would lead and provide the workers and the finances for the amount of hidden expenses, for shipping cost, installation, Duty, and VAT clearances that will come.

Radio Light, Naya Jiwan and Nai Talai are ministries of Evangelical Bible Mission Trust Board. EBM Trust Board was issued a broadcast license in 1994. Radio Light (our English station) began broadcasting from Shop 11B, Pacific Harbour Cultural Centre on November the 26th of 1996. On October 1st 2004 Radio Naya Jiwan ( meaning New Life ) our Hindi station went to air and we look forward to Nai Talai, (The Messenger) our Fijian station coming soon but can be listened to on naitalai.radio12345.com on line.
