Outreach a Success!
A heartfelt vinaka vakalevu to the Medical Service Pacific team for a successful outreach last night, and a big thank you to all the youth of Namatakula, along with our two proud clubs — Vusu Raiders and Ratu Filise Rugby — for the strong turnout and support.
Medical Service Pacific, an NGO established in 2010, delivered an informative and timely awareness session focused on the growing HIV/AIDS crisis in Fiji. Their team highlighted the importance of protection, responsible decision-making, and the counselling services available to our young people. HIV/AIDS testing was also conducted, with positive engagement and great outcomes as the youth participated wholeheartedly.
The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting, with Rusty bringing energy, humour, and connection throughout the session. The Namatakula youth and our two clubs strongly encourage youth groups across Fiji to get tested, stay informed, and protect themselves from this national issue.
Together, we can shape Fiji’s future.
