I don't need a fancy gym for my lipedema legs.
I don’t pay $70+ a month for a gym membership.
And no… that doesn’t mean I sit on the couch all day. 😂
I’ve learned that my Lipedema body does better with consistent, low-impact movement that I can actually enjoy and stick with.
Walking. Swimming. Cycling. The elliptical… whatever feels good that day. 🚶♀️🏊♀️🚴♀️
One thing that has genuinely helped me stay accountable is my Xiaomi watch. ⌚️
I’ve been using it for more than a year and LOVE how practical it is.
It tracks my steps and workouts, including swimming, cycling, elliptical sessions, and more than 150 workout modes.
I can connect it to my iPhone or Android phone — and yes, I can even answer calls from it. 👀😂
But for me, it’s not about obsessing over a number.
It’s just a little reminder on my wrist saying:
“Hey Elise… keep going.” 😂
Because when you live with Lipedema, movement doesn’t have to be punishment.
It can simply be part of your daily self-care. ❤️
