❤Redefine what "good enough" means to you. Connect with your inner wisdom. What does “good enough” actually feel like in real life? Journal about it.

💪Challenge the fear of judgement. If perfectionism is rooted in the fear of being seen, ask yourself: Where do I feel unsafe? What emotions am I avoiding? Write it out.
