Ramadan meets Seollal 🌙🌸
I’ve never had the chance to experience Seollal myself, but from what I know about these two celebrations… they’re both full of meaning.
Ramadan is about slowing down, praying, breaking fast together, and feeling that peaceful family vibe at iftar. Seollal is about remembering family members from the past, wearing hanbok, sharing traditional food like tteok, and starting the new year surrounded by family.
This year they came surprisingly close on the calendar, and I loved that idea 💜✨ two different cultures celebrating almost at the same time.
Different rituals, same warmth.
