Redefining inclusivity: navigating conversations in a polarising world

In conversation with PWN French Riviera, EDHEC’s global MBA program class of 2025, explores what it takes for companies to be more inclusive in today’s increasingly polarising environment.

They are doing an excellent job of creating a dynamic approach to the subject, with the support of highly qualified professionals Robert Baker, Anna CREPIN, and Katherine Melchior Ray, who will share their insights and experiences on this topic.

In today's polarized world, redefining inclusion in business for the near future necessitates a transition from conventional diversity initiatives to a more dynamic and adaptable strategy.

Drawing from Robert Baker's real-world experiences and a case study, we will actively discuss how to adapt inclusion in navigating complexity, engaging the audience by stimulating reflection questions and a poll. The conclusions drawn from these discussions will pave the way for a powerful and dynamic panel featuring our three outstanding speakers.

Susara holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She has filed a number of patents and published in peer-reviewed journals.
