You can eat and drink wonderfully well without leaving Bordeaux, and it is perfect for a 2-3 night trip. You won’t need a car, you can enjoy a lot of walking and tramway (hold on tight!).
However, if you want to visit some wineries, you will need a car (recommended) and to make appointments (highly recommended).
If the driver also wants to taste wines, better hire a tour, there are tours adapted to all tastes!

At Some Wine&Travel, we love discovering special wineries, far from the typical tourist tours. And in Tuscany, we came across a delightful surprise: Castello di Ama.
