Day Seven 💚

🇫🇷 Prades -> Collioure 🇫🇷

🏁 Day 6 on the bike and we had finally done it! Atlantic to the Mediterranean. Coast to coast of France up and over the Pyrenees.

Day Six 💚

🇫🇷 Ax-le-Thermes -> Prades🇫🇷

🏔️ Straight from the hotel we went up. First climb of the day was Col du Chioula. Some way to wake up the legs 😅
🔥 We gathered after the cold decent in to a local cafe which lucky has a nice fire on and some hot chocolates!

🏔️ Later, we were back on the climb and it was another long one.
Col de Jau. I thought I got up it with quite a respectable 1:11:12. Only to check that had also gone up there today and taken the KOM with a 50:49. 🤯 Just shows how good the pros are! 👏

Day Five 💚

🇫🇷 Saint-Gauden -> Ax-le-Thermes 🇫🇷

🧁 Lovely smooth and fast riding today as group which also included a nice coffee and a cheeky stop at a local bakery!

🏔️ Then we attacked (and I mean attacked 🥵) the Col De Port giving it a good go!
☕️ Treating myself to a well deserved hot chocolate at the top as it was freezing!

🥹 Finally, it’s the little things that mean the most a little handwritten well done from one of the team and at dinner we had letters from loved ones back home 🏡

Day Four 💚

🇫🇷 Londres -> Saint-Gauden 🇫🇷

🚴‍♂️ First 30km flew by with some silky smooth group riding.

🏔️ We headed up the Col d’Aspin! Which featured in this years

🤯 For reference. I managed the climb in a respectable 23:44. But to put in to perspective did it in 14:39

Day Three 💚

🇫🇷 Pau -> Londres 🇫🇷

⛅️ Unlike yesterday, we had timed the set off and arrival perfectly and it stayed dry and pleasant for the duration of the ride!

🏔️ No easy ride today, time to teat yourself. We tackled the famous Col d’Aubisque! A climb that has featured in the for many years!

Mallorca Trip Queen Stage 👸

👑 Today’s Queen Stage was another big day in the
mountains. We took on some more iconic Mallorcan climbs. Firstly the Coll de Femenia up past
the monestary of Lluc.

🐷Today we’re ‘treated’ to the descent of Puig Major into the stunning Port Soller for lunch. However, it was so windy the decent was terrible! 😳

⛰️After lunch we’re ascending the iconic climb
of the Soller Pass with its endless switchbacks. We’ll
drop into Bunyola before taking on our final climb
over the Orient into Alaro. From here it’s 45km home.
