A Provençal art passed down through generations, the fuseau de lavande (lavender wand) is a bundle of stems bent over the flower buds and carefully woven together to encase the fragrant blossoms 💜 Originally created as a practical deodorizer and moth repellent for the home, the wand was meant to be tucked discreetly into drawers and armoires. Today, thanks to , it has been reimagined as an object worthy of display.

In the heart of Brittany’s Côtes-d’Armor region, a modest plot surrounded by an expanse of farmland has been turned into one of the region’s most inventive contemporary gardens 🌳

Les Jardins de Kerfouler are a testament to the transformative power of vision and dedication 🌱 Hanneke van Nuland and Erwin Straalman bought the 200-year-old farmhouse in 2010 when the land around it held a few fruit trees but little else. What it did have, the couple decided, was possibility 🌿
