We recently released on digital 3 albums from year 2006 on pre abstract concrete music label, death666records (1999-2019) a music label at first who released a lot of electronic Hardcore music, similar to rave parties music, with lengthy linear teacks of patterns of distorded beats, speedcore shots, crunchy music, on this occasion the y2k mat s trip album ’destroybsingle e.p.’ has been re released on digital sith 5 titles and lenghty Hardcore sessions with a crunchy and f up sound as close to the bone of the ’boom boom’ hearing in pre y2k rave parties with this let s go attitude, get machine, sampler, HD 1,44Mo disks and software and give a shot at record in ’hi-fi’ this kind if music, then the label focused on producing local punk Hardcore loccal music band which in the spirit stay close to our first mojo ’kill the radio and tv music f the system ’. Finally with the hard répression on this form of Culture against mass consumption and the fact to come to a party to a few bucks having fun for a night with your mates seems to sound dangerous to authorities considering all tear gases sent to the music players we were , even on official music day, where every musicians plug their cables wherever they could to make all kind of sounds- but did this one sounds dangerous or did the Culture linked to exchange and to more sincere human approach was a treat to organized ’civilised’ society ! That s the whole point, we thought we could change many things with our music and thinking. Nevertheless we ended up recording local punk Hardcore band with death666records because on the event we coordinate to co organize, even if it were not alk techno music it was the same approach, you can enjoy an evening having much money or not so much, talk to anybody you know or didn t and exchange ideas around a campfire, drink beer for half a buck and get some extra sometimes more quietly than on the rave scene, the fact is on those sweaters punk rockers, they kick the same dynamic as in the techno culture and our anarchist, anti xenophobic ideas were not hidden at all, we kicked out violent or irrespectful behaviour tagging that alcohol couldn’t be an excuse anymore, even if the music could sometimes be extreme you don’t hit your neighboor, you don t fight, you behave like human being, being 3km (5 miles) from around any habitation wiyh inhabitants there were not complain about noise but the local cops or force orders were more then intrigued by all those cars coming to this desert place in the southern france, in aveyron, this were Mauriac Sound City as we name it inbetween 2003-2013, those years were Loulou booked the bands, some guy were buying large amount of glass beer on trucks at low priced chainstore, local cook friend made delicious cocktail, we tax all the drug dealers for making arranged boose for the staff, each band got a 24 beer pack, so when i was the band i was pretty happy and since géolocalisation and Google earth then maps came we could locate then people came from toulouse at 2h30 in train or 2h smth in car to see almost every werk end or one on two all the diverse bands from lath rock to grind to crust to hip hop to punk to contemporary music, to the extreme freeze terror festival, cuz it were in december and in the night we got to warm up the place. Sometimes there were a lot of people sometimes less, nevertheless this was always the highlight of the week-end to see dhows , see friends, mert people exchange ideas and why not start our own revolution beguining on our own minds and like minded. From this time 3 albums had been recently added to http://death666records.bandcamp.com this is The anti Beat which is a greaf band on the label, los ivres de la tentacion ultima which is a kind of improvised grindcore music and also a classic true Hardcore record Destroy frm 2000 has been added this November,2022 on this site. This song ”Footnotes to Howl ” has been recorded at Abstract Soundscapes Studios a while ago and has been mastered by Harris Newman at Grey Market Mastering in August 2006. DOUBLE LONG PLAYING PHONOGRAPH ALBUM POSTPONED TO LATE 2021 | EARLY 2022
This vinyl project consisting of the best moments of both abstract/concrere (a ASR☆ division) abstractCD007 & abstractCD009 ”A Free Peace of Sky (for John Lennon and Yoko Ono) along with ”Sky Piece” special mixes just for the double LP release, including the main ambient, electronics experimentations with electric guitar themes & improvisations, along with new soundscapes recordings such as ”Sky Piece (Part 4)”. Both records plays at differents speed : 45rpm for ”A Free Peace of Sky” including ”A Lost Star In the Desert”, ”Circle Event”, ”Cut Piece” (also inspired by Ono’s book of instructions”Grapefruit”) where on this short song paper is ripped off & played backwards along with scissors cutting paper live field recording. Other titles experiments til’ the opening w/ a lot of reverbs and effects to create open soundscapes, with a lenghty central theme on G # in the middle of each side like ”Far Away I Expect 2 Meet U On the Corner” some in edited versions to fit the consideration of a good LP pressing. Like the first Outtakes album, we did make (or more making at this time) the mixes mastered by professional audio mastering engineers.

For ”Sky Piece” released with ”Free Peace of Sky” the music unfolds into a trippy, dreamy soundscapes, with a lotbof reverb on the guitar soundbprocessed throught various machines, the guitar recordings, which includes 3 differents routing of Boss/Ibanez FX pedals between the instruments and the amp. We use amp stereo miking and additional DIs boxes w/ preamp to get a cool & good guitar sound. Sky Piece is builtedblike a Haïku Poem, it opens soundscapes on the first titles before releasing with two 9.57 songs a kind of low-fi dreamy end track with ”Let Them Shine for One Hour”. The construction of the album includes also best moment of CD release, almost to the identical, with interludes like ”At the same time” a short instrumental experimental song with a lot of double delay work on guitar, using both analog/digital function.

We’ll be happy to release as soon as it’s right for us, a limited 300ex first edition of this double 150g virgin LP
