It's an historic moment as, for the first time in Caen's history, the Bastille Day fireworks will be launched from the castle grounds this evening! 🎆

Following the success of Caen's thousand year anniversaire "Millernaire" inauguration, this year's 14th of July firework display has been moved from its usual position at the "Prairie" horse racing track to William the Conqueror's castle in the city centre.
