Wunderhorse are known for playing loud. Their live shows are raw and sweaty but their melodic sensitivity is fierce and undeniable. We invited the band to play stripped-down versions of 'Arizona' and 'Emily', two tracks from their acclaimed second album 'Midas'. As soon as they started playing, we knew we were about to capture something special. The writing, the attitude, the harmonies, the overall effortlessness that emanates from this performance. If you haven’t fallen in love with Wunderhorse yet, now might be the time.

🌿 Birds chirping, flowers waving in the breeze, sunbeams peeking through the foliage, a peaceful quiet. It’s hard to believe this Live Session was shot just a stone's throw from the Sacré-Coeur, at the heart of one of Paris’ most touristy districts, Montmartre. The large wooded garden of Cité internationale des arts provided the ideal setting for Emile Mosseri to deliver a gentle rendition of ‘easing in’ backed up by Dougie Stu on upright bass.
