There is a story about Prune,

Today is Prune's birthday, actually... this is the date that I set for her birthday.

When I found her in the street in Thailand in July 2016, I figured out she was about 2 months.

When I adoptef her, I was at my lowest point. I was trying to recover from dengue fever, I was very weak, I was having panic attacks regularly and I was unable to find solutions to my pains.

Every day was a real struggle. I was hidding my sickness at work while I was managing 24 persons and running a business.

I had been the shadow of myself for a year until I found this little cat.

I had wanted a cat for a long time, so the day she crossed my path was like I had given birth to something new.

It was the beginning of a new life.

I don't have a child on my own, I never had to take care of someone else than me so all of the sundden, I had responsabilities for a little thing. I guess all the mamas (and papas) out there understand what I am saying :-)

I had not clue what I was doing and she was so little that I was always stressed that something would happen to her.

Prune got sick after a month, she had fungus and I locked her down in a room as my vet told me to be careful since I was sick myself.

This is when reality hit me, I eas eay too much!!

Always stressing about everything and always imaging the worst. For her, for me, for my health, for my work. IT WAS INSANE!

I learned to let go.
I learned to trust the process.

Before Prune, I was going back to an empty home, I was dying of lonelisess.

With Prune, I discovered unconditional love. I was cuddled, I kissed, I said "I love you", I talked to her. She was present, she was demanding and I was needed.

Having her in my life marked the beginning of my health recovery.

I was finally feeling alive!

She is my baby, my joy, my love.

I took Prune with me back to France in 2018, she lives now with 3 sisters (1 cat & 2 dogs) that she totlally ignores, she is a Drama Queen.

This feeling,

That life is moving forward way too fast but you don't make the most of it.

I remember waiting for the weeks to go by so I could enjoy a little bit of my weekend, a little bit of parties, friends, family... and finally running everywhere without being really present.

I remember spending majority of my time thinking about my next holidays, the activities that I would be doing...

What was the percentage of my free time v my work hours ? certainly the same as yours.

I said ENOUGH

I am my priority
My health is my priority
Freedom is my priority
& money too!

What about you?

What do you want?

Allow yourself to step outside of the box, you have the right to claim for your freedom, to lead the life that you wish for.

Dream high.

So much opportunities.

What I am excited about right now?

The new path I am taking.

I have finally reached a point where I feel great in my life. I am healthy, I am surrounded by loving friends and family. My energy level is high and along comes the desire to reach another level of my life.

This is a great feeling after many years of being down and unhappy.

I accepted that my happiness does not stand in well paid jobs so I can have anything I want. This is no longer my truth, Instead I now value my time and my health.

When I decided to work on line and help others to develop their business, I knew that something had switched inside me. Being part of a community where everybody is supporting the success of others is a gift. There is so much place and space for everyone to reach the life style that they want to build for themselves, for their families, for their freedom lifestyle.

This is a path of deep inner work, self-love, understanding and compassion. Watching others being successful in their business is a true motivation and watching the same people holding others by sharing their knowledge and experiences is gold.

I could not overlook such a learning experience.

I BELONG TO ME

All my life I needed to fit in, being part of a community was vital.

My biggest fear was to stand alone.

I made a lot of efforts to please others so I could be part of their group.

I would not stand for my ideas or beliefs because I feared I would not be accepted.

I often put the happiness of others before mine, avoiding issues, arguments, saying yes even though I did not want to.

I was paying too much attention on what others would think of me.

I needed to be loved, safe and cared for so much that I negotiated myself in my love stories, at work and in my daily life.

As a result, I lost myself.

This is my experience in India that blow me away, I reclaimed my true self.

I did a huge introspective work. It was hard. Looking at myself in the mirror was hard.

It helped me to accept some realities: I can not be loved by everyone and I should not take things personally!

That is OK.

Step by step I stand up for my beliefs, I am so much more confident.

I do not hide anymore, I am authentic, I owe nothing. I show my weaknesses, my strengths, my extra sensibility, I share my emotions.

I see differently, I feel differently, I communicate differently, I love differently.

I evolve 🧚‍♀️

Why I am doing this?

I am lucky, I have a job. But this job does not pay well enough to rent my own place, I am therefore dependent of my parents who have nicely welcome me to their home.

I have no husband/partner who can support me financially, it sounds cliché to mention this in our days but it’s true, I am today on my own so I can only count on me.

I lived abroad 20 years so I did not accumulate enough points to claim for a correct retirement in France, meaning that I will have a minimum to live.

The thought of it literally freaks me out!

It is NOT possible for me to conceive that I will need to count every single penny when I retire so I can go through the day.

It is NOT possible to Imagine that I will have just enough money to pay my bills.

It is NOT possible to imagine that I will only live to survive.

Therefore

I claim my financial independence.

I prepare myself for the future and also for the present because I have many dreams I would like to achieve BEFORE I retire.

I prepare myself so I can enjoy a nourishing and rewarding retirement.

I give myself the opportunity to reach my dreams,

I give myself permission for abundance.
I invest in myself and I will live my life fully, without any restriction.

DECISION

Once your decision is taken, don't look back.

Think about your goals and values.

I made a decision a few months back to start my online business.

I made this decision because I want to be able to provide for myself, especially for my retirement.

I made this decision because I have a dream of buying a house in the countryside where I can reunite with my community.

I made this decision so I do not work and pay bills only.

And of course for my freedom.

WHAT DOES FREEDOM MEAN TO YOU?

Such a beautiful word FREEDOM. Many brave people fought and still fight for it.

FREEDOM accordingly to the dictionary (and amongst many other statements)

The power of self-determination attributed to the will; the quality of being independent of fate or necessity

This resonates to me.

I am lucky I was born in a country where I did not have to fight for my freedom. I grew up in an open-minded environment where I could speak freely about anything. For the important decisions, I was able to make my own choices and I was respected for that.

Nevertheless, to which extend was I free socially?

From early age I was taught that in order to succeed in my life I had to be a good student otherwise I would not have a good job.

I was told to follow the rule imposed by our society otherwise I would be a marginal.

The place we have in society gives us value but honestly, does it give us freedom and happiness?

It did not for me. I had a great job earning good money but I was stuck in my life thinking I had no other choice. I was spending majority of my time at work and very little time for myself.

After pressuring myself to please whoever, I decided that for once in my life, I would do things for me.

So, l started to not care anymore.

I did not care of what people would think of me when I quit my career or when I choose to travel by myself to find some inner peace.

I did not care of what people would think of me when I worked as a waitress in a Golf Club whereas I was managing a big team in my last job.

I did not care of what people would think of me when I decided to go back to France at my parent’s place (at my age!)

And I did not care of what people would think when I decided to pursue my freedom as an entrepreneur.

This is freedom for me. I live my life the way I want, this is not negociable.

We deserve to live a life of freedom and abundance in every domain.

This is who I am

I am Stephanie, I live in France. I lived abroad for 20 years and I came back to France just before the first lock down in my parents’ place.

I spent my career in the hotel industry, living in different countries.

Working abroad was good, I enjoyed an expat life, I travelled, learned a lot, discovered beautiful cultures. I have fabulous memories, I met incredible people, I am so grateful for the experiences I lived and I WOULD NOT change a thing in my life.

This is my journey and I embrace it.

But I was unhappy.

I was working long hours, I was stressed, I was lonely and I was actually miserable. I could not recognise myself; I WAS NO LONGER MYSELF.

I was burnt out
I had no energy
I was having panic attacks

It was time for a change.

I made a choice and I CHOOSE ME

From the moment I took that decision, the healing process started.

I exhaled pain, tears, sadness, loneliness, anger, envy and I inhaled confidence, stillness, focus, tolerance, acceptance, self love.

I left behind my beliefs, my fears, my worries and I followed my intuition.

I trusted my judgement
I trusted my instinct
I trusted my strength

Transformation is hard work; it came with tears and the process took about 6 years.

Today

I am proud of myself
I am proud of my decisions
I am proud of who I have become

I am not hiding anymore, I am out there, expressing my personality, my desires, my truth.

I am an entrepreneur. I'm proud to support women and men to create financial independence and build online business.

I am creating abundance in my life.
