Creative offspring of the musical fantasies of Tushen Rai and Cornelius Doctor, Hard Fist brings together a passionate, supportive and activist party scene. Celebrating a globalized - but far from rootless - dancefloor where Turkish psychedelia, Lithuanian cold wave, Central African percussion and Indonesian polyphonic chants blend, Hard Fist crosses time and borders with a singular attachment to

the folk music of trance, the kind that marks spiritual gatherings and festive rituals. Shaping the technological meeting of man and machine, the Hard Fist sound brings the experience as much on the dancefloor as in the calm of a Bedouin tent, always off the beaten track, with a free heart and clenched fists.
