Desafío Ruta 40 YPF 2026 (FIM, Moto)
Australian Daniel Sanders (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) completely dominated in Argentina, winning four out of five stages and taking the overall victory with a 12-minute advantage. Sanders has now won his second consecutive W2RC round and will become the new leader of the world championship with 67 points. After three rounds, he is ahead of Spaniard Toscha Schareina of Monster Energy Honda HRC (64 points) and Argentinian Lucaino Benavides of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing (61 points).
Portuguese Martim Ventura (Monster Energy Honda HRC) in Argentina achieved the two highest successes of his career – winning his first round of the World Championship in the Rally2 class and becoming the W2RC leader in that category. He has scored 69 points in three rounds and is currently ahead of Slovenian Toni Mulec (BAS World KTM Racing Team), who has 65 points.
