Happy birthday to Dennis Bovell, born May 22 1953 and also know as "Blackbeard". One of the most influential bass player and UK dub producer from Barbados who perfomed on stage with LKJ and the Dennis Bovell Dub Band, as well as lovers rock group Matumbi.
His works and experiments shaped the sounds of many musicians and producers after him and he's still a great inspiration for us here at Bat Records.🎂
