CONFUSE ALBUM RELEASE - CONCERT AU MALOCA -MARSEILLE

Confuse :

Chris est une musicienne autodidacte, qui explore ses affections sonores au service de jeux vidéos, performances, films, podcasts, albums et tournées. Elle s’inscrit dans une scène engagée en tant que compositrice, réalisatrice, interprète.

Fin 2023, Chris présente pour la première fois son projet solo. Des guitares réverbérées au son de basses saturées qui allient des violons virtuels, Chris devient « Confuse » et refuse de choisir entre punk, folk, hip hop ou musique concrète. Elle offre, avec son album, des chansons en français pop lo-fi dark surréalistes.

Lecture Luz Volkmann :

Luz Volckmann est une autrice et poétesse trans. Elle vit et travaille à Marseille. En 2020, elle fait ses débuts littéraires avec Les Chants du Placard, un recueil de nouvelles sur l’enfance publié aux éditions Blast. L’année suivante, elle sort Aller La Rivière, un recueil de poèmes intimes, hautes en couleurs et en colères.

Bitume aime invoquer une certaine darkness, parfois brutale et pleine de disto, parfois plus mélancolique.
Ses pratiques sonores sont DIY et punk. Iel fabrique d’abord du son pour ses performances et des objets audiovisuels puis monte son premier groupe - le duo electro vague-à-l’âme Mor(t)sure. Aujourd’hui iel développe un projet solo de musique de cachot et démarre un nouveau duo dark wave encore dans la cave - Panthère Jupiter.
Bitume est néx et à vécu à Metz avant de s’installer à Marseille en 2022.

Today, the first full-length album of the pop Lo-Fi dark surrealist artist Confuse is released by Rescue + Return Records
Created between 2018 and 2024, Confuse’s upcoming album (set for release on Rescue + Return Records) consists of intimate tracks that started as pure poetic expressions but evolved into a cohesive work thanks to meaningful connections. Each song reflects a loved one, creating a mosaic of interpersonal relationships.

Aujourd’hui sort chez Rescue + Return Records, le premier album de l’artiste pop Lo-Fi dark et surréaliste Confuse.
Fabriqué entre 2018 et 2024, l’album de Confuse est un ensemble de titres intimes, d’abord conçus comme une expression poétique pure, avant d’être pensés comme un opus, grâce aux rencontres ayant rendu une éclosion possible.
Chaque morceau parle d’un·e proche et leur ensemble forme une mosaïque de relations interpersonnelles.
