The legendary Coco Steel and Lovebomb return with a single-tracker that shows just why they've remained right at the top of the Balearic/chill-out/downtempo game for a good 30 years or so. 'Im Garten' opens with rainforest sounds and gentle, lingering chords but ominous organ notes soon whisk us off to somewhere a little more moody and dystopian. Imagine wandering around the scary woods from 'The Wind In The Willows', but in a psilocybin-enhanced frame of mind on a hot sunny day... 'Im Garten' sounds a bit like that. Uneasy listening at its finest, whether you opt for the full-length (Director's Cut) or radio edit (Trailer) version.
