New Youth Emancipation Income in Meurthe-et-Moselle
Starting from October 1, 2024, Meurthe-et-Moselle will implement a "youth emancipation income" of 500 euros per month, aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 facing financial difficulties who are not eligible for other aid. This initiative seeks to support those who are experiencing family breakage or homelessness.
To benefit from this, young people must apply to the departmental council and commit to a personalized follow-up, which includes developing a future project. The aid will be provided in two periods of six months, provided that the commitments outlined in a charter signed with the department are respected. This is a great opportunity to help our youth regain their autonomy!
