🚨 Instagram Update: New Rules for Trial Reels

Instagram just rolled out an update that’s catching a lot of creators off guard. If your views have dropped lately, this might be why 👇

📌 You can now only post a few trial reels per day (the lowest limit is 5).
📌 Going over that limit can get you blocked from posting trial reels for up to 30 days.
📌 Reposting the same reel will lower your reach.
📌 Small edits like changing the caption or audio aren’t enough anymore because Instagram checks the video itself.

If you’re testing content, make sure each reel feels different enough.
Change the clips, angles, or message, not just the text or filter.

Instagram is now prioritizing originality and real engagement, not repetition.
