យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមគោរពដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជាទីបំផុតគោរពជូន សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចំពោះមគ្គទ្ទេសក៍ដឹកនាំដ៏ស្វាហាប់ មោះមុត និងវៃឆ្លាត ប្រកបដោយភាពចាស់ទុំ ដោយប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវការគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងក្នុងបុព្វហេតុរក្សាសន្តិភាព។
យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា ក៏សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងសម្តែងនូវសេចក្តីដឹងគុណជូនចំពោះវីរភាព និងការលះបង់របស់កងទ័ព និងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ដែលបាននិងកំពុងខិតខំការពារដែនអធិបតេយ្យជាតិ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយឆន្ទៈមុះមុត និងការលះបង់ខ្ពស់។
យើងខ្ញុំសូមបួងសួងដល់គុណបុណ្យព្រះរតនៈត្រ័យ គុណកែវទាំងបីសូមតាមអភិបាលប្រោះព្រំ ឃុំគ្រងថែរក្សា និងប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យជូនដល់បងៗកងទ័ពជួរមុខដ៏អង់អាចក្លាហានរបស់កម្ពុជា នៅតាមព្រំដែន និងនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ឱ្យជួបតែសុខសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជ័យជម្នះលើសមរភូមិកម្ចាត់សត្រូវបច្ចាមិត្តឈ្លានពានឱ្យវិនាសអន្តរាយឱ្យខានតែបាន។

We all would like to express our deepest gratitude and respect to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Maha Prasad Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, for their energetic, wise, mature leadership, adhering to international law and in the cause of maintaining peace.
We would also like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the heroism and sacrifice of the army and all types of armed forces who have been striving to protect the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia with great determination and dedication.
We pray to the grace of the Ratanaktraya, the three glasses, to the governors of the provinces, communes, and provinces, to protect and bless the brave frontline soldiers of Cambodia, along the border and throughout the country, to be safe and secure, and to gain victory on the battlefield, to defeat the enemy and to destroy the invaders.
